Sit and Breathe

Take 10-30 minutes out of your busy day, and just sit outside and breathe. Feel the wind on your face, the sun on your skin, and put in some headphones and listen to meditation, or just listen to the sounds of nature. It will relax you in a way that nothing else can. Tell yourself all the reasons you are wonderful, and think about all the things you are grateful for. You day will be exponentially better. Much Love.

Morning Meditation

It’s easy to forget to get ourselves balanced in the morning before we’re off to our daily responsibilities. For me, I start my day off anxious, and the entire day is lived with anxiety. I have so many things I feel I have to get done each day, but the thing is, they’re going to get done whether I stress about them or not. It’s better to just relax, and enjoy them as they’re being done.

When you begin to feel the stress or pressure of your daily life, step outside for a minute and just breathe, or better yet – take a seat and meditate for a moment. Count your blessings before each day, to help keep them in your mind throughout the day. Each day is a new beginning, and life is one moment at a time. Enjoy it.

The only person we can change is ourselves, but we can be the reason someone changes. Lead by example, and set a good precedent for others to admire.
